Rates
The included travel times start from the pick-up to drop-off points. Time travel/ Mileage charges are also added when traveling outside the Greater Houston regions. The service rates of pickup and drop off service applies similar to airport transfers. IMPORTANT: The mentioned prices are not applicable especially during the prom season. “Prom Season” generally falls on Fridays as well as Saturdays in April and May month. Airport transfer limo service we offer is one-way transportation without any stoppage. There will be an additional charge for any stops during transfer. If the location of pick up or drop off is outside the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area, there will be extra charges.
Traveling outside the Greater Houston area, mileage charges will be added then.
Waiting time starts 30 minutes following the planned pick-up time on your flight departures. After this half an hour, waiting time is again reactivated to the scheduled departure. Waiting Time charges are also reviewed at the respective hourly fee. For International flights, we permit 45 minutes of wait time and after that, again waiting time is retroactive to the scheduled departure.
Airport transfers through off peak time between 12:00AM – 6:30AM will charge extra costs. For limousine transfers on Friday and Saturdays during evening times, please refer to the Friday and Saturday charges. For cruise transfer, whatever is the scheduled pick-up time, again the waiting time starts 30 minutes after that. If 30 minutes has been crossed, the waiting time will be retroactive to the previous cruise scheduled departure. The charges will be assessed according to the hourly rate. Any bookings between 12:00AM to 6:30AM are subjected to extra charges.
Sundays to Thursdays
From Sunday to Thursday, our rates are actually based on service of a minimum 3 hours. The rates of Bus, Mini Bus and Van are based on 4 hours minimum service and if it is Motor Coach Buses then it will be based on 5 hour minimum service.
Fridays and Saturdays
The rates on Friday and Saturday are based on a minimum service of 4 hours, including which holidays are exceptional. For other vehicles such as Limo Buses and Shuttle Buses, rates are based on a 5 hour minimum service. Our Charter Bus / Motor Coach has a minimum of 5 hours of service.
